St. Paul’s next TGIF event will be a Cajun and Creole-themed evening to celebrate the end of Carnival season which culminates with Mardi Gras! Adults 21+, please plan to bring your favorite Gumbo/Jambalaya/Étouffée/other iconic dish to add to the festive atmosphere. All will watch Rick Steves’ European Festivals, a one-hour documentary video about the top 10 carnival festivals in Europe. If you've ever wanted to run with the bulls in Pamplona, put on a carnival mask in Venice, or cheer on the horses at the Palio in Siena, then don't miss this evening!
