Youth Group

“Youth Group” is for grades 6-12.

The mission of Youth Group is to cultivate a community that values, respects and loves each other just as they are and to provide a space where adolescents can laugh, play, learn and serve. We seek to grow in faith, engage / question and debate with reason; serve the needs of our immediate community - as well as the broader community - in partnership with others. We are committed to the gospel values, to diversity, belonging, equity and acceptance.

Youth Group meets every Sunday morning from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m., except the first Sunday of the month, in the Youth Lounge (first floor, Parish Center Building).

We cook hot breakfast food together and enjoy hanging out, relaxing and talking with each other. We have Community Circle, teambuilding and small-group discussion on topics of faith, morality and social justice. There are many service opportunities (and often monthly events outside of Sunday morning as well), including lock-ins, amusement park adventures, haunted house adventures, Christmas party and more.

The Youth Group has a service-learning trip annually. Stay tuned!
