Weekly Worship Services
Enjoy the beauty of traditional Anglican worship and the music of our nationally-renowned choir. All services use the 1979 Book of Common Prayer.
Sundays
• 7:45 a.m. Holy Eucharist (Rite I service, lasts approx. 45 min.)
This Spoken Eucharist employs traditional language from The Book of Common Prayer. The service includes a modest amount of organ music and hymns.
• 9:00 a.m. Holy Eucharist (Rite II service, lasts approximately 60 min.)
This Sung Eucharist features St. Paul's Intergenerational Choir. The Eucharistic prayer is from Enriching Our Worship, the newest of the Episcopal Church's communion prayers. Many children and youth attend this service, and its pace and energy help keep them engaged. For children ages 3-8, Kids' Word is offered as an
alternative to the sermon. Sunday School
and Adult Formation classes begin shortly afterward at 10:15 a.m.
• 10:15 a.m. Sunday School & Christian Formation classes for all ages
• 11:15 a.m. Holy Eucharist (Rite II service, lasts approx. 65 min.)
This Sung Eucharist is led by St. Paul's Adult Choir. The liturgy has
a contemplative quality and reflects the tradition of fine choral
singing. Sunday School and Adult Formation classes are held
prior, from 10:15-11:00 a.m.
Wednesdays
• 8:00 a.m. Holy Eucharist & Healing Service The laying on of hands for healing is an optional part of this service. In the privacy of the Alcove, a priest will pray with and anoint those who come.
