Frank W. Boles is from Jonesville, N.C. Frank received a Bachelor of Arts degree in organ and church music, cum laude, from Pfeiffer College in Misenheimer, N.C. He studied organ with Mr. Stanley Scheer and conducting with Dr. Richard Brewer.
Frank graduated from Westminster Choir College, Princeton, N.J., with a Master of Music degree with high distinction. He studied the organ with Ms. Joan Lippincott and Mr. Harold Vogel, and conducted with Dr. Dennis Schrock and Dr. Joseph Flummerfelt. He has been a guest conductor for a number of choir festivals across the country, including those in Georgia, New York, Delaware, Mississippi, Louisiana and Indiana.
Frank is also a composer, writing especially for the choir and congregation of St. Paul's. He has published music with Paraclete Press and The Church Hymnal Corporation. Frank has written anthems commissioned by St. Paul's Choir, the Diocese of Indianapolis, and The Mississippi Church Music Conference.
